Saul L. Victor, an attorney, is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, and the Federal Courts, has been practicing law primarily in the State of New York for more than 50 years. He has specialized in the sale and purchase of many types of businesses and has represented landlords as well as tenants in retail and other leasing transactions. Mr. Victor has specialized in all areas of the food and hotel industry as well as all aspects of liquor licensing in New York and most major states, as well as several foreign jurisdictions. He has supervised the obtaining and transfer of liquor licenses in thirty or more jurisdictions in multi-restaurant transactions involving public and private companies. Mr. Victor has handled the purchase or sale of more than 1,000 restaurants and similar businesses. He has also represented prominent chefs, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers. Mr. Victor has argued cases before the Department of Agriculture with respect to licensing of milk companies as well as licensing matters and violations both in the courts and before the New York State Liquor Authority. He has lectured at courses given for prospective restaurateurs at New York University and at private culinary arts schools. Mr. Victor has been a speaker at several of the annual restaurant Mergers and Acquisition forums given by Fulcrum with respect to mergers and acquisitions in the restaurant industry.
